The five kinds of record

Open a pet and you get six tabs: the profile plus one tab per kind of record. They are separate because a vet reads them separately.

• Vaccines. What was given, when, by whom, and when the booster is due.
• Medicines. Dose, how often, when it started and whether it is still being given.
• Illnesses. A diagnosis with a status: in treatment, recovered, chronic or being monitored.
• Vet visits. What happened on the day: reason, diagnosis, treatment and cost.
• Appointments. What has not happened yet, with a reminder.

A medicine can be linked to the illness it treats and to the visit where it was prescribed, and an illness to its visit. That is optional — it costs nothing to skip it, and it makes the history read as a story instead of a list.

Reminders

Appointments can warn you minutes, hours or days ahead. The notification comes from your own phone, so it works with no connection and does not depend on our servers being up.

The PDF for the vet

The PDF icon at the top of a pet's profile builds the full history as a document you can share, print or send by WhatsApp: general information, vaccines, medicines, illnesses, visits and appointments, most recent first.

It is built on the phone, so it works offline, and it includes the sections that are empty as well — a history that never mentions vaccines and one where there are none say different things to a vet.

How many PDFs you can export

• Free: one per pet per month.
• Standard: one per pet per week.
• Premium: as many as you want.

The count is per pet and rolling: it is not a monthly reset, it is "one in the last 30 days". Once you have the file it is yours — save it, it does not expire and re-exporting the same thing burns a quota you may need.

Deleting a record

Every record can be edited or deleted from its own card. Correcting a date is always better than deleting and writing it again: the history keeps its order and nothing is lost in between.
